I am currently a data scientist and independent astronomer! I got my Ph.D. in Astronomy at UMass Amherst, and my B.S. in Astrophysics at Haverford College in Pennsylvania. My current astronomical research focuses on accretion mechanism from circumstellar disks onto young brown dwarfs & planetary mass companions, and icy dust grains in circumstellar disks around young stars.
